  General Notes:

Mary is shown in the 1851 census as aged 53 and born in Tonbridge. In the 1861 census as being aged 60 a widow, born in Seal, Kent, and living in Cage Green Tonbridge with children James 37 Alfred 32 Horace 23 and George 20. Nothing else is known other than we believe she is buried in Tonbridge cemetery grave number 1501 register number 2.
Believed to be elder sister of Ann Macome (variously spelt Meekhams or Meakcombs) who married George Davey.

Mary married John William Fowle, son of John Fowle and Elizabeth Adams, on 15 Jul 1821 in Parish Church Tonbridge Kent. (John William Fowle was born about 1794 in Tonbridge, Kent, died before Apr 1861 and was buried in Municipal Cemetery, Tonbridge, Kent.)
